Junk Stack is a game made by JIHWAN SEOK (“we”). By playing it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Junk Stack on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service. Don't resell it, don't reverse-engineer it, and don't modify the game to gain purchases you didn't pay for.
The free version shows ads. Rewarded ads are always optional — every reward they give is a convenience, never a gate that blocks progress. If you see an inappropriate ad, use Settings → Report an ad and we will pass it to Google.
Progress lives on your device. We keep no backup and cannot restore it. If you delete the app or change devices, progress is gone; purchases can still be restored because Apple records them.
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
We may update the game and these terms. Material changes are noted in the release notes. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.
The laws of the Republic of Korea apply, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.

App Store 서비스 약관이 허용하는 범위에서, 보유하거나 관리하는 Apple 기기에서 Junk Stack을 사용할 수 있는 개인적·양도 불가능한 라이선스를 드립니다. 재판매, 역공학, 결제하지 않은 구매를 얻기 위한 변조는 하지 말아 주세요.
무료 버전에는 광고가 표시됩니다. 보상형 광고는 항상 선택 사항이며, 그 보상은 편의일 뿐 진행을 막는 관문이 아닙니다. 부적절한 광고를 보셨다면 설정 → 광고 신고를 이용해 주세요. Google에 전달합니다.
진행 상황은 기기에 있습니다. 저희는 백업을 보관하지 않으며 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 진행 상황은 사라집니다. 구매 내역은 Apple이 기록하므로 복원할 수 있습니다.
게임은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 거주 국가의 강행 소비자법상 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
게임과 약관은 갱신될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 릴리즈 노트에 적습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 언제든 이용을 그만두실 수 있습니다.
대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 거주지의 강행 소비자 보호 규정에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.

Junk Stack は JIHWAN SEOK（以下「当方」）が制作したゲームです。プレイすることで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。意図的に短くしています。
App Store 利用規約が認める範囲で、お客様が所有または管理する Apple 端末で Junk Stack を利用できる、個人的で譲渡不可のライセンスを許諾します。再販売、リバースエンジニアリング、支払っていない購入を得るための改変はご遠慮ください。
無料版には広告が表示されます。リワード広告は常に任意で、その報酬は利便性であり進行を妨げる関門ではありません。不適切な広告を見かけた場合は 設定 → 広告を報告 をご利用ください。Google に伝えます。
進行状況は端末内にあります。当方はバックアップを保持しておらず、復元もできません。アプリを削除したり端末を変更すると進行状況は失われます。購入履歴は Apple が記録しているため復元できます。
本ゲームは「現状有姿」で提供されます。法が許す範囲で、間接的・付随的損害について責任を負いません。お住まいの国の強行法規上の消費者の権利は制限されません。
ゲームおよび本規約は更新されることがあります。重要な変更はリリースノートに記載します。アプリを削除すればいつでも利用を終了できます。
大韓民国法に準拠します。お住まいの地域の強行的な消費者保護には影響しません。

Junk Stack es un juego creado por JIHWAN SEOK («nosotros»). Al jugar aceptas estos términos. Son cortos a propósito.
Te damos una licencia personal e intransferible para usar Junk Stack en dispositivos Apple que poseas o controles, según permiten los Términos de Servicio de la App Store. No lo revendas, no hagas ingeniería inversa y no modifiques el juego para obtener compras que no has pagado.
La versión gratuita muestra anuncios. Los anuncios recompensados son siempre opcionales: su recompensa es una comodidad, nunca una barrera que impida avanzar. Si ves un anuncio inapropiado, usa Ajustes → Denunciar un anuncio y lo trasladaremos a Google.
El progreso vive en tu dispositivo. No guardamos copia y no podemos restaurarlo. Si borras la app o cambias de dispositivo, el progreso se pierde; las compras sí se pueden restaurar porque Apple las registra.
El juego se ofrece «tal cual». En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos o incidentales. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te otorgue la legislación imperativa de consumo de tu país.
Podemos actualizar el juego y estos términos. Los cambios relevantes se indican en las notas de versión. Puedes dejar de usarlo en cualquier momento eliminando la app.
Se aplica la legislación de la República de Corea, sin afectar a las protecciones imperativas del consumidor de tu lugar de residencia.
